Diane Payne

Diane is a member of White Memorial Presbyterian Church in Raleigh, NC, and is currently serving as the chairperson of the Haiti committee at the church. Diane was a school principal for more than 20 years and was principal of Broughton High School for 14 years.                                                                             She has also worked with the Leadership Group of the Carolinas, served on the faculty of the Principals’ Executive Program and is currently working as the Director of the Principal Fellows Program in Chapel Hill. As an HOM Board Member she will be assisting with the plans for the new high school. Diane lives in Raleigh with her husband Mike, a retired district court judge. They have two daughters and three grandchildren.
